• All mandatory trainings are to be completed by September 30^th.  Please email Jenny a screen shot showing your completion.

• If you know you are going to need a sub, please enter the absence in Aesop right away.

• If you are on our RtI committee, our first meeting will be this Friday in the downstairs conference room.

InspirED / CITE

* The deadline for uploading your grade level year long plan & student goal setting documents was extended to October 7th.   Click here for the example for student goal setting.

* We are supporting teachers who need a refresher on how to upload data into InspirED on Tuesday for 8:00-8:55 in the Gold Mine Room.  Feel free to drop in anytime in that hour. 

* At the new teacher meeting we shared examples of CITE Standard 1.  Click here to view the presentation.

Cogat Testing Schedule:

* Students in grades 3 & 5 will take the Cogat assessment this Monday through Wednesday.  Their testing times are the following:

3rd & Dalcerri: 9:30

5th: 10:45

1st (select students): 12:30

2nd (select students): 2:00

Student Assessment Data:

I Station 

* Click here for directions on how to print parent letters if you want students to practice at home.  This is best for Tier 2 & 3 students. Remember...parents can see their child's Tier once they log on.  It is therefore recommended you share this information at conferences.

* We are asking classroom teachers to have all Tier 2 & 3 students log on once a month and take the test (the test will automatically come up at the start of a new month).  If you haven't had them assess in September, you might want to do this this week so we have enough time before the October assessment.

DRA in IC

Fourth grade teachers will need to add DRA2 4-8 Comprehension and Fluency under the assessment tab. If you need help with this, please see Kristi or Libby.
