* Students in grades K - 3 who fell below the cut score for MoY who are NOT currently on a READ plan need to be given the growth monitor to determine if they qualify for a plan. Click here for the students who will need to take the growth monitor. Students in red automatically qualify for a plan and do not need to complete the growth monitor. They scored below on the Fall and Winter diagnostic.
