Reminders
• If you need to leave during the school day, please get approval from Jenny or Libby. If you leave during your lunch/specials, please sign out in the office.
* Below is the articulation schedule for Thursday. Come ready to ask the previous teacher about specific students and ready to share your experiences.
• There will be an assembly for 4th & 5th grades on Wednesday at 2:30 in the gym to promote students' interest in band.
• We will have a staff meeting on September 7th at 7:30 in the Gold Mine room. This will be our live mandatory training. We will have a lockdown practice on this day at 9:00.
• If you need help loading your roster into Pearsonrealize.com, optional morning sessions will be offered from 8:00-8:20 on August 23rd and 25th.
• Please verify your information in Workday. Click here for the information that was sent from the district.
• Even though we are starting school earlier this year, field trip buses are not guaranteed if they fall into the extended day category. Field trips should be scheduled between 9:30AM and 2:15PM. Please click here for additional information.
• You will see an envelope in your mailbox for social committee dues. Use the envelope to make your payment. Make checks payable to GRE Social Committee and return to Janis. Click on this link for more information. Thanks!
• This year there will only be one day for pickup and delivery of mail from the warehouse.

Mandatory Trainings
All employees are required to complete four mandatory trainings this year:
- Respect at Work
- Standard Response Protocol
- Run, Hide, Fight
- Child Abuse and Neglect
