Reminders

• Please enter reading scores into IC AND into the document we created this fall by December 18^th.

• Grades 3, 4, and 5, you are invited to a dress rehearsal for choir on Friday, December 11^th at 3:15 in the gym.

• Teachers in grades 3, 4, and 5, please give Libby the names of your students who need accommodations if you have not done so already. Please document these accommodations on the spreadsheet. 

• If you did not work the day before fall break, please plan on working on December 18^th.

• Staff development will be on your own this week to work on EPRs. However, if you have students who need differentiated outcomes/content we have created a schedule for you to collaborate with SPED/SSN. Click here for the schedule.

• Please let the office know when your class is having their winter party. Please try to keep them to an hour and the remainder of the day as normal as possible.

• Mark your calendars! Our staff holiday party will be on Thursday, December 17 at Libby's parents' house. More information to come!

Opportunity for students

* Challenger Learning Center of Colorado is sponsoring a contest around Inspiring the next generation. Please click here for more details.

* Defined STEM is a K-12 online resource with performance tasks, literacy tasks, constructed responses and real world videos. Performance Tasks follow the GRASP model and contain a Big Idea, Essential Questions and Learning Outcomes.

Kevin Clancy, a Defined STEM representative, is visiting to support and answer any questions. Access to Defined STEM is available for free to anyone interested. If you are interested in learning more we will be hosting an event on Dec. 15 from 4:30 - 5:30 at the West support Center in the Mt. Evans room.  Libby will be attending this support session. If you are interested in attending, please let her know.
