Information About New Work Day System
Workday will be up and running this April. Workday will replace Employee Self Service and will provide employees with a single location to find all of their information.

Please follow the steps below to review your information and make any needed changes by February 15.

            1)   Log into Employee Self Service
2)   Click on the “My Profile” tab at the top of your screen.
3)   Click the “update” button to edit any incorrect information.

Dependent Social Security numbers are now required information which means they are not already in there, so please check.

Pay stubs will be in Workday. Previous history only will be stored in atsprintfreedom.
The benefits window will open in May, as usual, but will be completed in Workday. Employee Self Service will store history for previous years only.
Teachers will update their licensing information with the CDE only and HR will update Workday from the CDE site. You no longer have to do this step.
We will no longer be paid once per month. We will be paid two times per month. As soon as the time periods are decided, we will let you know.
For more information, log on to https://www.dcsdk12.org/workday or ask our building WIL, Janis Panico.
