Reminders
* If you are moving your classroom during the teacher workday please mark all of your boxes with your last name and the room number that you are moving to.  Furnature should not be moved from classrooms.  Filing cabinets are the only piece of furnature that can be swapped.

* All visitors must have a badge while in the building. If you see visitors in the school without a badge, please remind them to check in at the office.

* Please wear your red Gold Rush t-shirt on Wednesday.

* Our end of the year staff celebration will be Wednesday morning at 7:45 in the Gold Mine room. All staff are welcome.

* If you have parent volunteers looking for something to do, they can always shelve books in the book room!

* If your class is having extra recess, please get a walkie-talkie and an orange vest from the office.  Please make sure there is an adult supervising the field.

* Release EPRs by noon on Tuesday, May 28th.

* Yearbooks will be distributed on Thursday. Please hand these out Thursday afternoon. Yearbooks will be available to purchase on Friday morning at 7:45 for $20 each.

* Please help us celebrate a great year and our amazing staff! All are invited to the Brewery Bar in Lone Tree Friday, May 24th at 4:00. Social Committee will provide appetizers.

Field Day - Kindergarten

* Tuesday, May 21st -  8:45 - 10:30 

No morning specials for kindergarten but there will be afternoon specials for full day at their regular time. 

*There will be no official art, music, and PE for Kindergarten on May 22nd.  

Field Day - 1st - 5th

* Wednesday, May 22nd 

* 8:45 - 11:45 - Grades 3 (Wright, Robart, Sheppard, Holmes), 4th, & 5th

* 12:45 - 3:15 - Grades 3 (Russell), 1st & 2nd

In case of inclement weather, stations will be moved indoors. Please do not plan on using the Gold Mine room, library, or cafeteria on this day.

Congratulations
Rebecca Johnson, our kitchen manager, will be retiring Wednesday after working in the District for 10 years.  We wish her the best of luck!

Please turn in all student devices by 8:10 AM on Friday. IPad carts should be taken to the RtI room.  Laptop and chrome book carts will go to the library.   

Old Teacher laptops, SMART Board lap tops and Promethean laptops will be turned in to Megan by 9:00 AM the teacher workday.

* To date, about 65% of teachers have completed their Workday task to upload transcripts. This task is critical to the fidelity of our work on the development of a new compensation structure for Licensed staff. If you have not done so already please upload your transcripts.

Golden Ticket Theater
Golden Ticket will be performing 2 shows on Friday, May 17th. Karen Petty will hold her morning classes in the music room and her afternoon classes in the Gold Mine room after the show ends.  Karen Warner will be outside (in the cafeteria if the weather is bad). P.E. classes will meet in the cafeteria. Kindergarten specials will remain the same.

1:00 Grades K, 1, 2 - Specials teachers will supervise the students that would have been in their classes during that time (1st grade until 1:50).  Teachers will return to supervise when their specials would have ended and the specials teachers will supervise the next group (2nd grade) until the show ends, then take them to specials. 

2:00 Grades - 3, 4, 5

* The District Strategic Plan Meeting is Monday from 4:30-6:30 @ Cimarron. Jenny would greatly appreciate it if anyone would be able to join her.
