Technology ReImage - Important Dates 
All devices need to be re-image and inventoried.  Please see the dates and events below.

* May 22 @ 7:30-8:10 Back Up Files - In the Lab. This is the only time Megan will be available.
If you do not back up your files you will lose personal pictures, music and files

* May 23 @ 9:00 AM - 5th Grade - Turn in Student Labtops to the lab
* May 24 @ 8:00 AM - All teacher ipads, iPad carts to the RTI room & 4th Grade Labtops to the lab
* May 25 Reimage window: 8:00-11:00
* May 29 Reimage windows: 8:00-10:00 or 10:00-12:00

EPR
* EPRs are due on Tuesday, May 29th at noon.

BLUE FOLDER
* Please include the following documents in the blue folder for the end of the year: ALP, 504, Last DRA, RtI Paperwork, READ Plan. Click here for direction on how to print READ plans.

Clothing Drive
Robin will be hosting a clothing exchange in the OT room this week. You can deliver any clothing you no longer want and grab something new! Her students will organize and prepare the clothing to exchange.

Field Day
Tuesday, May 22 
8:40-11:00 - Kindergarten
Stations are run by selected students from Raynes and Lautenbach.

Wednesday May 23 
8:45 - 11:45 - 4th, 5th, McMillan, Russell, and Shepperd

12:45 - 3:15 - 1st, 2nd, and Meredith
Afternoon stations are run by selected students from Hawk, Dalcerri, and Broecker.

Lunches will remain the same with the following exceptions: 

* Meredith's class will go to lunch from 11:40 to 12:20
* 20 selected 5th graders will go from 11:40-12:20.

Karen will be supervising their recess time and using the time to prepare 5th grade volunteers for afternoon work.

CONCERT
* All 4th & 5th graders who are in orchestra will be performing in the concert on Wednesday. Please have them go to the gym at 11:30. This concert is for all 3rd and 4th graders.

* Student behavior always increases at the end of the year.  Please keep classroom practices and procedures as consistent as possible to support this!

* All computers will need to be reimaged at the end of the year. Help sessions will be offered on May 15th and May 22nd at 7:30 in the tech lab if you need support backing up your files. A reimagining schedule will be shared with you next week.
