* Our Welcome Back Luncheon will be held on Friday, August 7, at 12:45-2:00 @ Hacienda.
* The address is 10500 Bierstadt Way in Lone Tree. It is just east of 1-25, North of Lincoln
* Assistants -- please email Kristi Barta if you plan to attend by Monday, August 3rd. We hope to see you all there!

* Certified teachers: Please email your class a welcome letter by Friday, July 31. See Anita for class email lists if needed. Don't forget to BCC parents.
* All teachers should plan to meet students outside at their class lines the first full week of school. Please be outside by 8:50 this first week.

Meet Your Teachers Reminders
* Collect students' emergency dismissal & students' directory forms.
* Remind families to fill out these forms and return them to you. You might have a station in your classroom during Meet Your Teacher.
* Check those students off on a class list that turned in their emergency dismissal form with a + and the student directory form with an *. Give Libby your completed form by August 18.
* Have parents sign up for assessment days if they haven't already. We will give you your schedule during the week back.
* K-2: Record students' dismissal plans and turn a copy into the office.
